Pradip Malde
Member Since 2012

As a photographer, much of Pradip Malde’s work considers the experience of loss and transformation as a fundamental part of the human condition. He teaches in the Department of Art and Art History at Sewanee: The University of the South.

Since graduating from the Glasgow School of Art in 1980, he has lived and worked as a photographic artist and teacher in Scotland and Tennessee. Malde has exhibited in Europe and the USA, and has works in numerous collections including the Princeton University Museum, Princeton, NJ; Victoria & Albert Museum, London and the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, Edinburgh. He is currently working on a documentary photographic project in Haiti.
